Urgently looking for Assistant Manager QA/QC for a leading FMCG client. 

                                                      

Education :Master degree in Food sciences/Biotechnology/Applied Chemistry/Microbiology.

Having 5-7 years of experience in FMCG/food industry out which 3 years in QA/QC department  preferably in cereal and flour industry.

Skills Required:

A thorough understanding of food manufacturing, as well as the selection of raw materials (risk associated with RM, packaging, storage etc...). Certification in Halal and food safety management systems (PS 3733, HACCP/FSMS, ISO 22000, etc.) is required. Must be able to write SOPs, conduct risk assessments, and create a HACCP plan. Detailed understanding of lab equipment used in proximal analysis. Food certification and accrediting authorities on a national and international level.
