Factory Manager
An International FMCG company is urgently seeking Factory Manager for its factory in Faisalabad.
Requirements:
> Age 40 - 45 years.
> Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Food Technology from a reputable University.
> 7 years experience as Factory Manager in the food manufacturing company.
> Familiar with ISO 22000 and Food related Good Manufacturing Practices(GMP).
> Excellent English communication skills.
> Resident of Faisalabad or nearby city will be preferred.
Job Description
Complete responsibility of factory operations:
> Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of department heads and operational managers to ensure that the factory meets its established targets and standards.
> Set and monitor the performance of the factory against standards and targets in areas such as manufacturing and operating efficiency, quality, cost control, administration efficiency, legal compliance, inventory control, finished goods distribution, and human resource management.
> Responsible for meeting established operating budgets; monitor the cost and effectiveness of production activities to optimise resources, prioritise spending, and achieve volume,
