Head of Food Safety - GCC
One of our clients, an exciting and ambitious Restaurant Group, is looking for a Head of Food Safety to take full leadership responsibility for the food safety and quality assurance throughout their diverse portfolio across the GCC. Applicants should have experience designing and implementing policies and procedures relating to HACCP and Food safety best practice. They should have a minimum of 8 years hands-on experience in a leadership Food Safety role within the luxury dining industry. We can consider candidates with a high calibre education background in Food Technology / Microbiology.
