Position: Assistant Manager R&D - Dairy
Location: Bhai Pehru, Punjab
Experience Required: 5 years Minimum (Dairy)
- The candidate must be able to conduct prototypic studies prior to commercial scale trials targeting NPD (New product development), EPI (Existing product improvements) and new packaging development activities
- Should be able to conduct Dairy and JNSD analytical testing.
- Should have knowledge of Phase gate or stage gate new product development process.
- Should have sufficient knowledge about functionalities of the food ingredients and packaging materials.
- Should have practical knowledge and experience about Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese and consumer applications and deliverables.
- Competitor Product analysis of Tea Whitener, UHT Plain Milk, pasteurized milk, flavored milk, Butter, Cheese and JNSD.
