Skills:

• Good knowledge of English language.

• Managerial & communication skills

• Meat Experience (7 to 10 Years).

• Meat Quality knowledge.

• Good Computer skills.


Job responsibilities:

• Temperature check of the vendor delivery trucks and meat carcass.

• Fill the log sheets (Receiving log sheet, Truck and Chiller temperature)

• Ensure that food safety measures are implemented in the meat receiving center (receivers personal hygiene, place cleaning and sanitation before and after receiving process).

• Check the DC truck temperature and physical conditions before loading.

• Supervise the trimmings process by the butcher.
